A blend of our favorite Wild Turkey and 10 Year Elijah Craig barrels, aged for 18 months to perfect harmony. Layers of dark chocolate, caramel, and bourbon warmth roll together over a silky, full body. A balanced sweetness meets oak, vanilla, and subtle wood tannin, creating a rich and refined stout that showcases the best of time and barrel.

Things rise. Things fall. As the heat picks up, our summer seasonal ascends to greet you. High Rise Farmhouse Ale is our submission to the canon of the rustic saisons that have shaped us. Brimming with the aroma of mandarin nectar, a full, warming body sinks into notes of rye spice. Contemplative but not complicated. Don’t overthink it.
KIMCHI SOUR
KETTLE SOUR W/ HOUSE KIMCHI CULTURE

From the first sip, you’ll experience the tart zest of ginger, followed by the warm, spicy kick of gochugaru. THE FAT MARIACHI
5.5 % ABV
The Mexican lager brewed by Mexicans. Light bodied, without sacrificing a drinkable body. Refreshing and dry, but with enough character and hoppy bite to give it some taste. Yeast is reminiscent of those big mexican macro beers, only tastier.
