Line Cook

Responsibilities:

  • Be awesome

  • Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members

  • Prepare, cook and plate basic small plates such as waffles, charcuterie, vegetables, and other small bites

  • Maintain standards for keeping the kitchen and facility clean and sanitary

  • Follows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and Department of Health regulations

  • Wash dishes

  • Remove dirty/unneeded glass and plate ware from customer’s dining space during slow periods

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Understand all functions of Pilot Project systems

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in casual dining environment

  • Must be 21+ years of age

  • Food handlers card certification required

  • Knowledge of beer and food pairings

  • Mind blowing customer service skills

  • Full-time and part-time positions available with nights, weekends, and holiday availability required

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

  • Be punctual, kind-hearted, patient, and stay awesome
