Viena Viena - Cerveceria Paracaidista // Vienna Lager // 4.6%
First brewed for our Mexico City Taproom, we decided to bring this favorite back for our 1 year anniversary in the US. An homage to the evolution of the Vienna Lager, many breweries (us included) believe that the Vienna (known in MX as Ambar) is a style that has claimed an identity of its own from its European counterpart. Featuring a dry, light body and a red-Indiana corn which lends a dash of masa-sweetness, this beer drinks easy as they come.

The Fat Mariachi - Cerveceria Paracaidista // Mexican Lager // 5.5%
The Mexican lager brewed by Mexicans. Light bodied, without sacrificing a drinkable body. Refreshing and dry, but with enough character and hoppy bite to give it some taste. Yeast is reminiscent of those big mexican macro beers, only tastier.

1984 - Funkytown Brewery x Sam Adams // Pale Lager // 5% As winners of the Samuel Adams Brewing the American Dream Experienceship, Funkytown Brewery traveled to Boston to collaborate with the Sam Adams team on a special release: 1984 Pale Lager. Named for the year both Funkytown’s founders and Samuel Adams were born, this crisp, clean lager features floral and herbal aromas with a touch of citrus from Motueka hops and a dry, refreshing finish.

Strap in and take flight. This year's funky variation of Amai comes to us in the form of dragons. With a Belgian Wit base, we allow this one-off to develop with a fair bit of Brettanomyces B. to ramp up the overripe fruit and barnyard character before encouraging it to chew through the soft candy tones of Dragon Fruit and Cara Cara Orange. Expect a touch of dragon-breath sulfur on the nose to dissipate into light, dry, patio sipper that's a perfect fit for any adventurer.
